So in an effort to blog more regularly, I'm going to try and have a theme for every day of the week--I may occasionally miss a day, but hopefully this will lead to regular posts that are enjoyable for everyone to read. And yes, I will try to make sure at least one post a week will be about the boys--but I don't know which day that will be, yet.
So here's my Monday--over at I'm an Organizing Junkie they have Menu Plan Mondays and I'm joining in! Since I shop on Tuesday evenings, typically, this will be a perfect way to make sure my menu plan is done in time (it also means my menu plans will actually start on Wednesdays and finish on Tuesdays, just so you don't get confused). Here's my menu plan for this coming week (recipes upon request):
Breakfasts: cereal for Mark, toast for me, bananas for boys (they eat at school)
Lunches: leftovers, frozen pizza, and salad
Dinners:
Wednesday: Spaghetti, broccoli, and applesauce
Thursday: Chicken 'n' Noodle Skillet, green beans, and apples
Friday: Corn Dog Twists, baked beans, and salad
Saturday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, leftover fruit
Sunday: Eggs to Go, Sausage, carrots, and pineapple
Monday: Refried Bean Soup, and bread (make bread on weekend)
Tuesday: Leftovers or Mac 'n' Cheese (Tuesday nights I have class, Mark "cooks")
